These terms apply when you use ClickyLit, which is run by [[CONTROLLER_NAME]]. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use ClickyLit
You must be at least [[MINIMUM_AGE]] years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure.
What you post
- You own the reviews, posts and comments you write.
- By posting them, you give us permission to store them and show them to other users in the app: reviews to signed-in users, and club posts and comments to members of that club.
- If you delete your account, your writing stays in place but is no longer linked to you, as explained in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Please be kind to other readers. Do not use ClickyLit to:
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone
- post anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights, such as copying large parts of a book
- send spam or advertising
- pretend to be someone else
- try to access data or accounts that are not yours, or interfere with how the service works
Club organisers can remove members from their club. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Buying books and affiliate links
ClickyLit does not sell books. Buy buttons take you to other retailers, and any purchase is between you and that retailer. Some buy buttons are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you.
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
Book information
Book details and covers come from third-party sources, including Google Books and Open Library. We try to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee it. Cover images belong to their publishers.
The service
We work hard to keep ClickyLit running smoothly, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features over time. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time, as described on our support page.
Changes to these terms
If we make significant changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
